Born in Poland, in 2021 moved to Switzerland. To date, she has managed over 1000 employees, supporting 130 managers in their development. She specialises in the fashion retail, beauty retail, fitness & leisure industries. Years ago, when planning her career, she saw herself wading through the Amazon and exploring the wilds of South America, hence her Master's degree in Tourism and Recreation at the University of Physical Education in Krakow.
However, her passion for sales and the discovery of her leadership vocation initiated (fortunately) further development in the field of human resources management. She completed post-graduate studies in Psychology in Business at the Higher School of Banking in Chorzów, post-graduate MBA studies at the University of Finance and Management in Warsaw, she also completed six semesters (full programme) of doctoral studies at the Faculty of Management, University of Warsaw. In addition, she has spent several hundred hours in training rooms during various courses and directional workshops..
Successively graduated from: postgraduate studies in the field of Psychology in business at the WSB University in Chorzów, postgraduate studies MBA in University of Finance and Management in Warsaw, and at the moment he is working on his doctoral dissertation at the Faculty of Management of the University of Warsaw. In addition, she spent several hundred hours in training rooms during various training courses and workshops .

She regularly publishes articles in industry magazines, including ‚Controlling & Management’, ‚Franchise & Business’, ‚Business Tigers’, ‚Premium Business Magazine’, ‚New Sales’ as well as online portals where she acts as a subject matter expert: ‚Fitness Industry’, ‚Franchise INFO’. You could also meet her on the stage of many conferences and congresses, such as FIWE Fitness Trade Show, Women's Day Summit, FEM Congress - Fitness Experience Management, National Sales Congress and others.
One of the seven heroines of the book ‚Business Tigresses, or 7 stories about dreams coming true.’ edited by Marcin Andrzejewski. In May 2020 she also debuted as a co-organiser of the first congress in Poland dedicated to the fitness industry, realised in online form. In 2019 she was awarded the prestigious ‚Diamond of Women's Business’ award by Law Business Quality magazine. Privately a happy wife and mother, a sports and automotive enthusiast and a budding seamstress. 14years of professional experience 1000+ managed people in various teams 130+ trained managers.
